Membership Terms

Billing and Minimum Term

Paid memberships may be billed annually or monthly. Monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly payments. After the minimum period, monthly memberships continue month to month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual memberships are billed once per year.

Not Investment Advice; No Broker-Dealer Services

LeWorldly is a private membership network. LeWorldly is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, funding portal or placement agent, and does not provide investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on the LeWorldly website, app, communications or events constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product.

Opportunities shared within LeWorldly are provided solely by the members who share them, and those members are responsible for their accuracy and for compliance with applicable law. Any review of opportunities by LeWorldly is limited to their relevance to the network and does not constitute due diligence, verification, endorsement or recommendation. LeWorldly does not participate in negotiating or executing any transaction and does not receive any commission, finder's fee or other transaction-based compensation.

Membership fees are paid solely for access to the network, platform and experiences, and are not contingent on any introduction, investment or transaction. Members are solely responsible for their own due diligence and should consult their own legal, tax and financial advisers before making any investment decision.

Member Confidentiality

Through LeWorldly, members may receive private or confidential information, including member identities and profiles, opportunity details, introductions, messages and event information ("Confidential Information"). Members agree to use Confidential Information only to evaluate relationships and opportunities within LeWorldly; not to disclose it to any third party other than their own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality; and not to copy, screenshot, publish or distribute it, or use it to contact other members outside the permissions granted within the platform.

Members may not disclose another member's participation in LeWorldly or its experiences without that member's consent. Any separate non-disclosure agreement required for a specific opportunity applies in addition to these terms. LeWorldly may suspend or terminate the membership of any member who breaches this section, without refund.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Annual memberships renew automatically for successive one-year terms. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month after the three-month minimum term. Renewals are charged at the then-current rate to the payment method on file, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

To cancel, email support@leworldly.com from the email address associated with your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly memberships may not be cancelled before the end of the three-month minimum term.

Membership Review and Termination

Membership is curated and subject to approval. LeWorldly may decline any application and may suspend or terminate any membership for breach of these terms, misrepresentation, misconduct, or conduct that harms the community or its members, in its reasonable discretion.

Limitation of Liability

LeWorldly provides its network, platform and experiences "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeWorldly is not liable for any investment, transaction, business decision or outcome arising from introductions, opportunities or interactions between members, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. LeWorldly's total liability relating to any membership is limited to the membership fees paid by that member in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of a member's place of residence requires otherwise.
